Lunch lounging

23 Aug

I don’t know what it is about fresh air that seems to be such a necessity in my 8+hour work day but I can’t go without getting outside for a little enjoyment of the sunshine and ocean breeze.  There are many different spots I like to explore and go “lunch lounging” as I like to call it.  One of my favorites is Justin Herman Plaza.  It’s packed with people around lunch but yet there is room for everyone to have their own space.  Lately I’ve been laying right by the fountain (in the picture below) which is pretty close to being under the zip line set-up they have going in the plaza.  It’s fun to watch people leap off the platform and screech with enjoyment for about 15 seconds.  I can also see the beautiful Ferry Building, the bay bridge, the water,  and the enormous concrete monsters called the Embarcadero centers.  It’s a great space to enjoy a lunch lounge if you will.

A little fresh air is also majorly conducive to a better day.  Try it and you will see 🙂
